
In all cases, it is premeditated, and he operates in the same manner. He sells a car and gains trust, then offers another one. Often, the cars are sold from a distance, which prolongs the shipping time, giving him time to sell even more cars. Sometimes he claims to have been scammed himself but states that he takes responsibility—not by refunding the money, but by selling another car or cars at a discount, trapping the buyers even deeper into his web. He solemnly promises that he will do something, then keeps postponing it until the next day. He often says, "I'll have money available on Friday," but as soon as that day arrives, the excuses and delays begin. The frustrating part is that he lies and deceives so much that it makes you furious.
Storage fees at shipping companies run into the thousands of dollars because he keeps people waiting for months, and in the end everyone is left empty-handed. He never honors his commitments.
He is truly one of the biggest fraudsters I have ever encountered.
